Evaluation according to organisational units

This evaluation shows the distribution of CO2 emissions among the sectors Mobility, Facilities, Machinery and their subsectors.

CO2 Annual Value

Detailed view of an evaluation period of an organisational unit with flexible, weighted distribution to sectors compared to the overall CO2 target in the respective sector Mobility, Facilities or Machinery.

In this area, it is possible to define how high the CO2 budget (maximum value as CO2 target) of the organisational unit may be. It is always visible how high the current CO2 value (CO2 current) of the department is and the real CO2 consumed at the end of the reporting period (CO2 final).

In addition, the manager is able to define the average target CO2 consumption.

Furthermore, the ranking of the own organisational unit is visible.

Determination of CO2 emissions in the mobility sector

In this overview, all journeys from the areas of business travel and commuting are recorded together with the means of transport used and its type of fuel. The kilometres travelled and their CO2 equivalent in (g/km).

In this screen, an authorised admin/ team or project manager can manually record travel trips for employees who do not have workplace equipment to record their trips.

Furthermore, a CO2 total for mobility is visible and its classification in the respective scope 1 (direct emissions) or 3 (indirect emissions).

Commonly used machines (e.g. heavy machines that are refuelled) can also be stored or industrial machines can also be connected via IoT application in the back office.

The CO2 consumption can be calculated via the number of kilometres driven or the running time in hours.

The template function enables the recording of regular trips/ journeys via templates. Similarly, multiple trips of the same route can be recorded multiplied by the number of trips.

Flexible specification of conversion factors

In order to take into account the different energy mixes of the individual countries or emission categories, the CO2 emission factors can be flexibly adjusted.

Company vehicle management

For easy fleet management, cars can be set up by the head of the organisational unit. These cars are then automatically displayed in the web version of the front end and in the mobile application.

In the master data, the specification of the transport type is flexible.

Flexible scope assignment

For each trip it is also possible to select the appropriate scope or to assign it afterwards.

Rights management

Roles can be added flexibly and configured according to data protection requirements. Different user types with different rights groups can be defined according to requirements or per client. Certain roles are predefined:

  • Employee view/ User
  • Organisation/ team leader: Sees only aggregated, anonymised data of employees
  • Company owner
  • Admin
